Low season (non-holidays & no school holidays & summer holidays)
Weekend: € 2150 - Friday 16u until Sunday 14u
Mid-week: € 2150 - Monday 16u until Friday 10u
High season (flemish school holidays - except summer holidays)
Weekend: € 2500 - Friday 16u until Sunday 14u
Midweek: € 2500 - Monday 16u until Friday 10u
The beds are made with hotel linens. Each person receives a set of bath towels.
Starter kit: toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, kitchen towels, dishcloth, and sponge.
The usage of water, heating oil, and electricity, 1 box of wood for heating the hot tub, use of the sauna (bring your own towels for the sauna), wireless internet access, and final cleaning are included.
Attention: The hot tub is not available during freezing weather.

We require a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining amount is due 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before the date (the deposit will be refunded).
For cancellations between 3 months and 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
For cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full amount will be retained.
